We can supply mobie or fixed pumps for your requirements - from diaphragm, cetrifugal, peristaltic, progressive cavity, rotary lobe - just try us; we can supply ATEX/UKEX rated pumps too, as well as professional hoses in a range of materials and finishes, upto DN80.
We are assembling hoses with fittings up to Dimension DN 250.
We use different ways of coupling:
- clips, bands and protective clips up to fi 250 mm and maximum 25 bar,
- hydraulic crimping of fittings up to fi 250 mm and maximum 1500 bar,
- Internal expansions of fittings up to fi 100 mm and maximum 100 bar.
All our hoses are tested under pressure and certificated prior to delivery. We use custom designed computer program for traceability of individual hoses. Each hose is provided a serial number already during production. Assembly, service and testing in carried out both in workshop and in field.
For undisturbed production process and timely delivery of hoses and fittings to our customers we have 1500 m² ware house at disposal and a stock with more than 2000 different products (hoses and couplings of different types and dimensions).
