We design and fabricate hybrid stills for the manufacture of artisan vodkas, which can exceed 96% ABV; typically this is achieved with a tall columns to separate the fractions during distillation, and reflux condenser control to help achieve the separation required. Specifics of each still are customised to the feedstock, separation level needed, local conditions (available height, atmospheric temperature), and also the amount of automation required.
