OPEN TANKS WITH LEGS

Open tanks suitable for intermediate spirit receiving, mixing, dilution, and botanical maceration. A optional floating lid allows the volume to be adapted according to the customers needs. The lid is tightened by an inflatable gasket, and on large tanks can be manouvred with a crane and pulley system. The tanks can also be fitted with welded manways, other accessories and cooling jackets by request.

STORAGE TANKS

We offer a range of storage tanks in volumes up to 20,500L in a range of dimensions (both diameter and height according to customers requirements. A range of finishes and accessories are also available (e.g. cooling jacket, insulation, cooling plates, temperature control and regulation systems, different manway types).

STACKING TANKS

Stacking tanks allow for an optimum use of floorspace. Tanks are provided with a special bearing to enable the installation of another tank on top (up to three high). Sizes from 500L, and up to a total height of 3m are available (restricted for stability). Standard production includes tanks of a fixed diameter, but other diameters are available on request. A range of finishes and accessories are also available (e.g. cooling jacket, insulation, cooling plates, temperature control and regulation systems, different manway types).

COMPOUND TANKS

Compound tanks contain divisions within such that there 2 (or more, by request) separate chambers. Minimum tank height of 700mm. A range of finishes and accessories are also available (e.g. cooling jacket, insulation, cooling plates, temperature control and regulation systems, different manway types)

RECTANGULAR TANKS

Rectagular tanks allow for the most optimum usage of floorspace. Inner edges are smooth without edges to allow for simple cleaning. Welded legs along the entire height of the tanks crate a stronger and more stable structure. Tank bottoms are inclined by 3-5% to allow for complete drainage. Rectagular tanks can also be made either as a stacking or compound variant.
