We can provide Cognac/Calvedos (Pays D’Auge) style pot stills for brandy production which is intended to be matured in casks, or alternatively we can provide fruit brandy style stills in a hybrid style with a column attached to produce spirits intended to be consumed without barrel maturation – fruit brandies can often be fermented and distilled ‘on the skins’ and therefore require suitable agitators and drainage to handle this process that is specific; we can advise depending on what spirits you intend to produce.
